Things I’ve learned in 2023:
✨ It’s okay being by yourself. As an extrovert, I always flooded my calendar with hanging out with friends, social activities, etc. because I was afraid of being by myself. Be comfortable being by yourself and you’ll never feel lonely.
✨ You shouldn’t worry about things you can’t control. Focus on what you can improve instead.
✨ Not all friendships last forever, and you shouldn’t try and keep ones that don’t try and keep you.
✨ Not everything in life will make sense in the moment, you’ll just have to trust the process and figure out what you want/should do.
✨ You need to prioritize your mental and physical health, don’t wait until you’re at your worst to make a difference.
✨ Be yourself. If people don’t like your genuine self & personality, they don’t deserve to be in your life.
✨ Some things may not be your fault or might happen out of the blue, but it’s your responsibility on how you take action/let it affect you.
