Summer House, which recently opened at Disney Springs, has a 🍪 cookie bar (it also serves Frosé, Margarita, and Coffee). They had a vegan snickerdoodle, which as a vegan myself, I am contractually obligated to try. At $5.27 after tax, I wasn't sure it would live up to the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a big cookie, chewy, and just the right amount of sugar.
