It can make them feel silly for walking around with what they had previously! I always think of two things: ⭐️ I wasn’t in the last consultation ⭐️ They may have wanted to try something different and now it doesn’t meet the needs or expectations If we go in heavy handed like “Oh god who did this?” Or “Were they even a hairdresser?” You are basically just shaming the client! 💔 Always be professional, if I client asks you what you think of the last persons work, keep it polite… I’ll say something like “I have a different ethos to hair.” Or “I think I’ve understood what you want to achieve and can meet your needs now!” 🧡 It doesn’t not make you look more professional by slating another persons work. Whether that be online, to a client or behind their back. What’s your thoughts? 💙 P.s you can take rebalance…....
