The Athlete Spotlight of the Week, sponsored by Tatnall Black & Gold, is Rahshan La Mons. In leading the Hornets Football team to the best season in school history, Rahshan has put up eye-popping numbers and dominated in all three phases of the game. Through nine games, Rahshan has 1,179 rushing yards and 19 rushing touchdowns, with 22 touchdowns overall. He has also passed for 543 yards through the air and has 11 passing touchdowns. He has proved to be one of the most versatile and talented players in the state and has led the Hornets to the first 1a District Title in the history of the program.
