This year has been a whirlwind of emotions and experiences. Over the last 12 months I embarked on an incredible journey with my camera - traveling the world and documenting moments that took my breath away. A major highlight was being able to capture Megan Rapinoe’s retirement tour. Rapinoe is someone who has been a huge inspiration to me and is the reason I fell in love with football. Seeing her final games at Lumen Field, during the World Cup and as a USWNT player, was an extraordinary privilege. On the international stage, seeing Spain’s first World Cup victory was another unforgettable moment. As someone with Spanish roots, it was a life-changing experience to witness and document their journey to becoming champions. The pride and joy that emanated from the players and fans alike was truly remarkable. I am grateful to have been able to capture such a historic moment through my photographs.
