Hello! My name is Katelyn Foster, and I’m a freshman public relations major with minors in Spanish and instrumental jazz. As part of our practicum, I have had the privilege of working on a team that updates Gaylord’s website and social media! My favorite memory of Gaylord is the first time I ever set foot in the building. Looking up at the embossed First Amendment above the grand staircase and taking in the five banners listing each major, I felt an overwhelming sense of belonging and excitement for the future. I knew Gaylord would value me and my work as a communicator. It is my home at OU! I can't wait to see where my time here takes me. I feel blessed beyond compare to have found such a remarkable college to earn my degree from. Gaylord has given me a place to belong and a family.
