HOLIDAY SAVINGS END TONIGHT! A weekend of storytelling and practice, rooted in traditions, ancient texts, practices, and lineage. 🫶Join us as we gather together in Wilmington, NC to honor the 111th anniversary of Swami Kripalu’s birth, the 20th anniversary of Pranakriya as a yoga school, and 10th anniversary of our non-profit organization! 🧘‍♀️The weekend’s practices and content will be rooted in the ancient texts and teachings and practices of Swami Kripalu, which, as translated into modern-day practice by Yoganand Michael Carroll, are the foundation of our School and practice.
