After leading Missouri to its first 10 win season since 2014 and first ever New Year’s Six bowl game, head coach Eli Drinkwitz has been named the SEC Coach of the Year in just his fourth season in the conference. Drinkwitz entered the 2023 season with a career 17-19 record in Columbia with some fans ready to see changes if the lack of success continued. But Drinkwitz rose to the occasion, taking the Tigers to a 10-2 record and earning his program a place in the Cotton Bowl.
