As the @mlb postseason kicks off, I couldn’t help but reminisce about the 2021 win-or-go-home American League Wildcard game, where the @redsox eliminated the @yankees at an electric Fenway Park. For me, nothing compares to being at Fenway for the World Series clincher in 2013, but there was a different club-like energy last year. @thexman2 kicked things off with a 2 run shot to center and @kschwarb12 followed it up with a 435 ft bomb to right (how the heck did the Sox not resign him?!). Cole got the loss after pitching only 2+ innings. Making things more interesting for me was sitting 10 feet from Bucky bleepin Dent. The looks on his face were priceless, especially as beer was raining down on us from the heavens while the Sox were celebrating on the field.
