Georgia got snubbed from the College Football Playoff this year — not FSU. After barely losing to Alabama in the SEC Championship by just 3 points, the committee dropped UGA from #1 to #6 in the rankings. That doesn’t make much sense to me. Georgia’s resume was also far better than any other team in the playoff. They beat a ranked Kentucky, Tennessee, Ole Miss, and Missouri by an average of 28 points per game. Those teams ended up as the Cotton Bowl, Peach Bowl, and Citrus Bowl Champions. On top of it, they just absolutely mauled #5 Florida State 63-3 in the Orange Bowl. If I were on the committee my final 4 would have been. 1. Michigan 2. Washington 3. Alabama 4. Georgia #cfb #collegefootball #georgiafootball
