Introducing our latest Tournament Director of the Month, Mark Spearman. Mark is the Tennis Director and President of Spearman clubs, which include LNRC, Racquet Club of Irvine, and Monarch Beach. The three clubs have been a family business for over 39 years. Mark has run USTA level 3-7 events for over 25 years and has been a tournament director for Pro Futures for over 20 years. The USTA SoCal Junior Staff selects one tournament director each month who goes above and beyond to run a successful and enjoyable tournament for our junior players. They demonstrate excellent communication, great customer service, and provide a positive experience for everyone.
