How will the new proposed communities model be led? ⚪ We will establish a new Provincial Community Leadership Council (PCLC) composed of 2 members from all regions. 🟣 This will provide closer collaboration among all regions and ARIDO head office. There will be 2 reps appointed per region: a Lead and a Co-Lead. 🔴 How will the finances be managed? An appointed Finance Chair on the PCLC will work with ARIDO staff Accounting Manager. There will be one shared account for all regions overseen by the PCLC. The budget for all Communities will be approved at Council level to provide oversight. This enables ARIDO to support budgeting and sponsorships equally across Ontario. 🟡 How will communications be managed? Local volunteers provide will provide info to head office.
