The food and drinks from this weekend deserved they’re own post because every single meal we had was outstanding. (Even the snacks. Im talking local figs, Georgia peaches - the works.) The “Honest John” bar pictured here was open 24/7. To get a drink you would write what you took down on a chit. The daily @nytimes was in the house so I got to read it as I ate. Lunch was packed in a picnic basket and always came with a cookie.
