It’s Law Enforcement Appreciation day and I know that not everybody is a fan. But if you could, if just for a minute, remind yourself that these people are parents, children, spouses who tackle not just the stress of everyday life but they also absorb the trauma of the calls they respond to. Nobody ever calls 911 when they’re having a great day. It’s a thankless job, but they do it anyway.
