Technique Tuesday with my Long Island family! My first time learning the 1st tech sequence, was from Coach Montoya, while out in Denver, Colorado back in January 2017. The 2nd I picked up studying film on Volkanovski, trying to understand what makes him great (pun not intended). Of course there is a lot more detail needed here for us to understand when it’s “safe” to use these moves, just like anything else.
