While teams dismantled Public Square's Christmas tree on Monday, they saw two moon-shaped eyes peering back at them. 🦉 A small owl had made its way into the artificial tree. Some identified it as a Northern saw-whet owl, Ohio's smallest owl that's rarely seen during the day.
