Jospeh Lang was a motor vehicle enforcement officer for the IowaDOT. When Gov. KimReynoldsIA and Iowa Republicans overhauled state government last year, the MVEs moved to the Iowa_DPS and became a branch of the Iowa State Patrol. Lang's training as part of the transition included a tactical medical course.
