⚓️Celebrating 150 years of the St. Augustine Yacht Club and the St. Augustine Lighthouse in 2024! The St. Augustine Yacht Club is located on Salt Run next to Lighthouse Park across the street from the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum. Today the purpose of the St. Augustine Yacht Club is the same as it was in 1873, to promote boating and water related activities, cruising, sailing and racing. Since 2012, SAYC has offered on-water instruction to local youth and has grown into a multifaceted program reaching over 400 kids a year. The current St. Augustine Lighthouse tower was completed in 1874.
