In recent years, the vibrant and deliciously FIlipino ube has made its purply splash in everything from sourdough bread to tres leches cake to Macs by Icky’s (@macs.by.icky) ube ice cream taco. The longtime pop-up hosts its brick-and-mortar grand opening in Union City today.
