You guys apparently it’s national cesarean section day and I can’t let it go without saying a few things!! 1. TRIGGER WARNING: the second photo is a photo of my incision the day the kids were born. If you’re someone who has needed or will need a C-section to deliver your sweet babe(s)- I know it’s not ideal but it will be okay!! Personally, I didn’t want my one and only birth experience to be carried out on an operating table. However, my babies and I are alive and healthy and truly nothing else matters. 🤍 2. You can still personalize your birth experience if a C-section is required. You can choose the person that will be with you during the delivery, sometimes they’ll give you the option of a clear drape in case you want to watch the operation being performed, and they also allowed us to record video and play music during the operation!
