REVIEW: One of the staple bands of early childhood, the Wiggles have been iconic since their formation in 1991. But since the Wiggles main audience has a yet-to-develop brain, the band holds a strange place in their memories.
“I remember what it felt like to watch them,” said MU student Rex Chukwusom, “but I don’t really remember them.”
The band’s new documentary “Hot Potato: The Story of the Wiggles” builds on that strange nostalgia by giving behind-the-scenes details of the songs we remember while still treading lightly on the sanctity of childhood.
