With a close game, the junior varsity girls basketball team competed against SM Northwest at SM East on Friday, Jan. 12. After the first half, Northwest was in the lead with a score of 24-25, followed by the junior varsity dance team preforming at halftime. Throughout the rest of the second half the game the lancers stayed close behind but in the end, the lancers fell to SM northwest with a score of 52-43.
