The calsouthsoccerfoundation recently presented a special clinic to local Physical Education (PE) teachers who expressed interest in receiving free soccer training and equipment to build or expand programs in their schools. The clinic was a collective effort with the lagalaxy, ussoccerfoundation, and usyouthsoccer, and was held on Monday, January 15th at the LA Galaxy Soccer Center in Torrance, CA. Over 100 PE teachers and individuals who run PE programs at Southern California elementary and middle schools signed up to participate in the training. Forty of those teachers attended the clinic on Monday morning, eager to receive exclusive field session training and program advice from coaches representing the U.S. Soccer Foundation and US Youth Soccer.
