This afternoon, Advance Auto Parts announced that it will be donating $25 gift cards to both MCSO and Pineville Police Department - N.C. to issue drivers who they see on the road with nonfunctioning equipment, like a broken headlight or bulb. Instead of ticketing them, officers want to help them repair their vehicles.
