#BTS: What match prep really looks like 💪🏻 When you have to wait for matches and you don’t have a specific playing time, sometimes you’re left warming up 3-4 times because you don’t know when the match before you will finish. I’ve had matches before me that were almost over in under an hour to suddenly becoming a 3 hour long tight match! Tennis players have to constantly be ready to play and also resting in order to conserve energy. It’s a fine line and the better you are at walking it means the more energy/the more prepared you are for the match.
