Last week, a grand jury decided not to indict Brittany Watts on charges filed following her miscarriage. This comes after voters in Brittany’s home state of Ohio went to the ballot box to expand their rights — and to reject Republican lawmakers’ attempts to control them. Threatening to criminalize people for their pregnancy outcomes is NOT what Americans want. And we won’t stop fighting back to make sure that what happened to Brittany never happens to anyone again.
