I’ve battled severe anxiety ever since I was a little kid. There’s been moments in my life I felt like there was no other way to end the the anxiety attack than to just die. Asking for help but then feeling like I’m being “too much” when I call friends just needing ears to listen.. My mind constantly playing the worst scenarios possible… Music has brought me out of so many dark moments. This song really captures the emotion I was feeling in those very vulnerable moments..
