Try strength training, Pilates, running, yoga, etc. there’s an ENDLESS amount of ways to get your body moving. Once you find one that brings you joy, stick with it. Or switch it up! Remember everyone is different. You don’t ONLY have to strength train or ONLY be a Pilates girly. You can do both!! Idk why social media puts so much pressure on only sticking to one thing. 🤍 BREATHE. let yourself breathe! It’s okay to skip a workout to go get brunch with your friends. It’s okay to skip a workout to go on a date night. You workout so you can be healthy enough to LIVE YOUR LIFE. You don’t live to workout 🤍 MENTAL GAME. It is also a mental game. Waking up early when I just want to sleep in is discipline. You have to sacrifice temporary happiness to get long term joy.
