I tore my quadriceps tendon and VMO November 17, 2023 in a dunk contest. I wasn’t able to walk from November 17-Late December.
Once I gained some strength and ROM back, johnevans_thp helped write out a plan so that I’ll be back to dunking. I first had to learn how to squat again so I started with a quarter squat w/out weight, then the next week I got down to half squat, and then every session after that I added more and more weight
I am about a month into training and I am now squatting 135lbs again. I thought it would take me a couple more months to get to this point. Still going to take it slow but I’m making a lot of progress right now.
