The very first hotel in Symphony Park has broken ground. The dual branded hotel featuring the AC Marriott and Element by Westin Symphony Park will be a five-story development with 441 guest rooms. The development will feature 18,000-square-feet of meeting space, and seven entertainment suites with an outdoor pool and terrace. It is expected to provide 150 full-time and 50 part-time jobs. This hotel will serve those visiting downtown Las Vegas and those traveling to take advantage of the healthcare in the Medical District. A combination of residential and mixed-use development has always been a part of the Symphony Park master plan, and now it is becoming a reality with this hotel, housing, restaurants and retail offerings.
