Friday night the @uticacomets had a spectacular 4-0 victory over the Rochester Americans. Our very own Coach Joe, scored probably the most painful, interesting goal of his career by using his face to score the goal! What’s even more remarkable is Coach Joe went to the locker room, got stitched up, and returned to finish the game with his team. This is one of the many reasons we love having Joe mentor the future players of this sport, to teach them the game, but even more so what HEART and PASSION are! We are so glad Coach Joe is okay and still on the ice with his team. Couple of Fun facts, Coach Joe made the famous @spittinchiclets Twitter feed and still has all of his teeth! (Knock on Wood) We can’t wait to get our summer schedule out and work with all of the amazing players and people in this sport!
