PROTEIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 🍪 a delicious treat to end your day, or brighten up your afternoon 😋 • 1 egg • 1/4 cup brown butter • 1/3 cup maple syrup • 1/3 cup runny nut/seed butter (I used peanut butter.) • 1 tsp vanilla extract —- • 1 cup balanced almond flour • 1/3 cup promix vanilla protein powder • 1/2 tsp baking soda • 1/4 tsp salt • as many chocolate chunks/chips as your heart desires Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl. Mix all dry ingredients (minus chocolates) in a medium bowl. Add dry mixture into wet mixture and mix until well combined. If batter is wet, refrigerate to chill for at least 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare baking tray with parchment paper. When batter is chilled, fold in ALL the chocolate chips. Scoop 2 tbsp mounds onto prepared baking tray 2-3 in apart to allow cookies room to spread. Press on more chocolate on top for prettiness and yumminess. Bake for 9-12 minutes. Remove from oven.
