Introducing our new Cybersecurity major, launching Fall 2024! Cybersecurity is one of the hottest careers in America. Jewell students will learn how to conduct forensic investigations, test system vulnerabilities, protect online privacy and contribute to national security. The program is led by Jewell alumnus Nick Gicinto, ’03, Chief Information Security Officer and Professor of Practice. He is an executive security leader and veteran of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and has helped companies like Tesla and Uber protect their technical assets from global threats.
