Principal staff from downtown Portland’s celebrated Little Bird Bistro will reunite for a one-night fundraising dinner at Pearl District restaurant Arden on Thursday, Feb. 22. The event, a fundraiser for the people of eastern Congo, marks the first time Le Pigeon and Canard chef Gabriel Rucker, Arden chef Erik Van Kley and pastry chef Lauren Fortgang have cooked together since the heyday of Little Bird, The Oregonian’s 2012 Restaurant of the Year.
