We all made this mistake at first, but if you want to make the most of your
#stairmaster and
#treadmillworkouts let go of these handles!! ๐๐ผ
WHY:
- Holding the handles lowers calorie burn and cardio effort
- Look at your posture when you hold versus with your hands free.. that rounded back takes away from your core activation and might cause poor posture & back pain!โ
What to do instead:
Lower your speed and/or incline to a level where you can complete the workout without holding the handles. As your endurance increases, increase the level on the machine!
If you have to hold on to survive, chances are you just arenโt ready for that speed/incline yet. But you will be soon!๐ช๐ผ๐
