"Warrior 21," (Paul O'Neill's number was 21) is, according to Wolf & Warrior owner/brewer Michael Chiltern, the first hazy/Northeast-style IPA to be brewed in collaboration with a professional baseball player; the first beer to be brewed in collaboration with a Yankees player; and the first beer of ever to be brewed in collaboration with a World Series champion. The legendary player, who also happens to be a Westchester resident, will be at the White Plains brewery from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2, where he'll unveil the freshly brewed batch in collaboration with Chiltern.
