The win is Coleman's first PGT Major Title (his third overall PGT title) and it earned him $302,400 along with 302 more PGT points. At the final table, Coleman was down to just four big blinds at one point, but was able to spin it up to take on Dylan DeStefano in heads-up match for a title. It only took Coleman four hands to dispatch of DeStefano, as in the second hand of heads-up play, Coleman called DeStefano's bluff holding aces putting DeStefano on less than one big blind. The win also puts Colemon atop the 2024 PokerGO Cup Series Leaderboard with just two events to be tallied.
