"I'll never forget her compassion," a grateful patient says of Danita Purnell. As an Environmental Services Worker at Penn Presbyterian, Danita routinely goes the extra mile for patients and colleagues. In this particular instance, a patient was distraught about the tea they mistakenly received--black instead of green.
