St. Pete’s pizza scene has a new rising star. Showcasing wood-fired pizza on wheels, CipollaRossaPizza recently made its debut in St. Pete, and already the mobile pizzeria has become a hit. We got our first taste of their fresh-baked pie last weekend and came away highly impressed. The crust was perfectly chewy with a light crunch from the wood-fired oven, creating the perfect slice to hold up all the toppings. All pizzas are made by hand using fine organic flours and natural yeasts to produce incredible flavor and texture in the crust.
