Taking things for granted is often commonplace in life, especially at institutions like Penn State. For members of the Penn State men’s hockey team, the Sled Hockey Classic is a yearly reminder of perseverance — a trait perfectly embodied by the State College Coyotes.
With a bye on their schedule this weekend, the Nittany Lions hosted their second annual “Sled Hockey Classic” on Saturday morning at Pegula Ice Arena. Members of the team competed in an exhibition sled hockey match against the State College Coyotes, using two small sticks and a sled to navigate the ice.
