Part 1 of Day 2 at NASA! Today was absolutely incredible. From getting to see the armored astronaut vehicle, touring Mission Control, visiting the SpaceX launchpad where (if weather permits) the rocket will be launching into space tonight (eek!!!), touring a historic hangar where the original systems and Mission Control used to be, visiting the first ever launchpad where USA entered the Space Age, and walking down the walkway that every single astronaut who has ever been part of a NASA space mission walked down= coolest day ever! Tonight, I am hoping that the SpaceX launch goes off without a hitch and that we will get to witness the PACE satellite go into orbit!
