Animation student Alex Nance hangs a painting in preparation for an Uptown estate sale on October 25th. 2023. Nance started helping Richard Wilford after striking up a conversation in Wilford’s Edgewater store. A paramedic by day, Wilford spends his evenings and weekends running estate sales and selling items at his store.
