OMSI is among 15 locations nominated by Newsweek magazine for best science museum in the country. Newsweek runs a number of Reader’s Choice contests throughout the year. According to the magazine, nominees are determined by suggestions from a panel of travel experts and chosen by editors. The public can cast one online vote per category per day through 9 a.m. (Pacific Time) Feb. 29. It’s one of the rare online contests that doesn’t require voters to sign up with an email address before voting. Of the 15 nominees, 10 winners will be announced March 7.
