Unbroken. Fast but smooth.
Even though it may get difficult to hang onto the deadlift in the later rounds to continue the reps unbroken, and it may prove difficult to keep up your pace on the burpees, the true challenge in this workout is to hop up to the rings right away and complete unbroken ring mu’s at the end of each round.
When you get going on the rings, you need to think about executing effortless reps. Meaning put as little force into the rings as possible. You do this by utilizing your positions, pull just enough to receive in a comfortable dip, then kip nice and calmly out of the dip. All the while controlling your breathing going right into the next rep.
