Bonjour! Our X-Mas Edition is our way to thank all our interviewees. We couldn't put everyone in it but our hearts go to all of them! I always ask the same question at the end of each interview: "If you were a tool or an object to help you in your work or to propel your company to higher ground what would you be?" I knew when I created that question it would throw people off because I 'm asking them to objectify themselves. I love seeing my interviewees face when the question comes up.
