After nearly a decade and a half of delays—and becoming one of the most notorious eyesores on the Strip in the process— the Fontainebleau made its debut in Las Vegas in December, bringing a taste of South Florida culture and style to the Nevada desert.
Standing at 737 feet, the hotel is now the tallest on the Strip, decked out inside with chandeliers, large-scale art, and expansive floral installations. Which makes us wonder, did Vegas really need another paragon of opulence? It would literally take over a week to experience everything inside, from the 20+ Miami-inspired restaurants (one of which features go-go dancers performing between the tables), a two-level spa with “snow showers” (???), and the BleauLive Theater, where Justin Timberlake performed for the grand opening. So where should one spend their time?
