Tinder has promoted Faye Iosotaluno as the new CEO, making her the first Asian American CEO of the dating app company.⁠ ⁠ Iosotaluno said she believes that the industry and Tinder are at a “moment of transition” and that their goal is to build the “most modern and safest experience” in line with their vision for “all genders, ethnicities, geographies, intent [and] socioeconomic class.”⁠ ⁠ Iosotaluno, who holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard, served as Match Group’s chief strategy officer for five years before joining Tinder to become its COO in February 2022.
