Breakfast or dessert? Both for me. If you like tangy desserts this is for you! I love yogurt, so this is just perfect for me. So easy to make the night before and enjoy in the morning. Use other berries as per your taste. Enjoy!
For 2 ramequins
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 large egg
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp sugar or other sweeteners
1 handful of blueberries
Lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
Preheat oven at 400F
In a bowl mix all ingredients except the fruit
Grease the ramequins
Add fruits and pour batter on each ramequin.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Let it cool for 1 hour before serving it.
I prefer it still warm.
