Drain the liquid from the can of garbanzo beans. Add the beans to a blender along with the tahini, the juice from two lemons, olive oil, salt, and a couple of ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy. 2. Once the hummus is creamy, add in the herbs, garlic, and blend until you get a rich green colored hummus. 3. Top off a bowl of this hummus with a drizzle of olive oil, smoked paprika, and serve with chips, crackers, veggies, etc.
