After the success of our first Women’s Symposium we recently held a second! The symposium provides our female staff the opportunity to discuss the challenges women in law enforcement face. It also gives staff a chance to go over various leadership styles, identify strengths, and more. Thank you to everyone who puts in the work to see these symposiums succeed.
